We may collect information such as your name, email address, username, Funky ID, sports preferences, fixture responses, team assignments, match ratings, scorecard data, live score activity, payment settlement records, account activity and moderation-related information.

BalanceSquad uses account login, email verification and secure authentication methods to protect user accounts. Authentication data may be used to verify your identity, keep your session secure and prevent unauthorized access.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information to create and manage user accounts, organize sports, manage fixtures, collect RSVP responses, generate balanced teams, display live scores, maintain scorecards, calculate player ratings, support settlements, improve match fairness and provide user-specific app features.

5. Ratings, Fixtures and Match Data

Player ratings, fixture participation, match feedback, team lists, scorecards, results and performance statistics may be used inside the platform to support team generation, player cards, match summaries, leaderboards and community engagement.

6. Information Visible to Other Users

Some information may be visible to other BalanceSquad users where required by platform features. This may include your display name, Funky ID, player card, team assignment, RSVP status, match participation, ratings, scorecard performance, fixture history and match results.

7. Push Notifications

BalanceSquad may send push notifications related to fixtures, RSVP reminders, team updates, score updates, match activity and important account or platform messages. You can control or disable notifications from your device settings.

8. Firebase and Third-Party Services

BalanceSquad may use third-party services such as Firebase, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Play Services and similar tools to support authentication, push notifications, app functionality, performance monitoring and service reliability.

10. Advertising

BalanceSquad does not currently rely on advertising as a core feature. In the future, we may display advertisements through services such as Google AdMob. Administrators may deactivate accounts where required for platform management, misuse prevention or user request handling. Users may contact us to request account correction, deactivation or deletion, subject to legitimate operational, security and legal requirements.

BalanceSquad is not intended for children under the age of 13. If we become aware that information from a child under 13 has been collected without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.

BalanceSquad may be accessed from different countries. By using the service, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in locations where our servers, service providers or platform tools operate.
